Where do I begin? First and foremost, the Quality Team are very impressive with their follow up and very informative. We needed a whole new air conditioning system and we're hesitant to just go through anyone because we've had bad experiences before. Mike definitely changed that. Extremely fair pricing and lives up to the company name 'Quality'. His work was very clean, well done, and fast for it to be just him. I was impressed. Very friendly and kind. I will recommend him to anyone & will continue my business only through him!

Today is the second time Mike has helped me with my heating and cooling problems and I can't say enough good things about his service. I especially appreciate his awareness of Covid 19 safety protocol. He has the proper PPE and even sanitizes the work area when he's finished with the job. His prices are more than fair and he will go out of his way to make sure you're happy with his service. I've been in the AV since 1991 and have used all the "big guys" over the years. Quality Heating and Air Conditioning is definitely a step up from any service I've had in the past.

While searching for local HVAC Contractors in my area aka Fargo, ND google came up with this place. So I called up Mike and had a conversation about installing a new thermostat. He gave me a few pointers and sent me on my way. After I frustratingly found out that this line of work isn't simple, over the phone and through texting photos he guided me through feeding wire through the wall, and how to install new thermostat wire into a furnace and into a new thermostat. If I lived in Lancaster, CA I would recommend them to anybody and everybody! Super helpful and friendly and willing to help with any job.

Mike and Chris were great, professional and friendly. They came in with their mask and i appreciated that. They checked our AC unit and explained the problem and fixed it. Mike came to my house right on time. I made the appointment for routine maintenance on my HVAC. I was pleasantly surprised when they said everything looked good. I'm used to serviceman telling me I need to spend more money. They were very friendly, courteous and competent. I will definitely call them again. I highly recommend their services!

We had a broken air compressor during an extreme heat warning. I called for an estimate and Mike came within the hour to assess the situation, provided a very reasonable quote, and had my air up and running the next day. Thank you so much for the outstanding service!
